Universal Orlando Resort, originally Universal Studios Escape, is an American theme park and entertainment resort complex located in Orlando, Florida. Universal Parks & Resorts, a division of Comcast’s NBCUniversal, manages the resort. After Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando is the second-largest resort in Greater Orlando. Universal Orlando is spread out over 541 acres.
Universal City Walk is an entertainment district. Orlando is an entertainment and shopping zone that opened on May 28, 1999, as part of the Universal Orlando Resort development, replacing the previous parking lot and entrance to Universal Studios. Guests arriving at the resort park in one of two multi-story parking garages, then stroll over Universal Boulevard to City Walk on covered moving sidewalks. Guests can then proceed to one of the theme parks.

Guests can use an Express Pass at many attractions in Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, with availability varying by attraction.
- Meal Deal for Everyone
For park visitors, the Universal Meal Deal was a ticketed meal plan. It allowed visitors to each theme park to dine all day at select restaurants from lunch to dinner.
- Blue Man Group
Universal Orlando announced on November 9, 2006, that the Blue Man Group would be performing in a new theatre at the resort. The venue was renamed the Sharp Aquas Theatre in May 2007, and construction began shortly after.

A well-organized transportation system runs throughout Universal Orlando and the surrounding area, transporting tourists between onsite hotels, Universal Partner Hotels, amusement parks, and other local attractions. This system is managed by Mears Transportation.
The LYNX bus system in Orlando connects the resort to the rest of the city.
Water taxis, buses, escalators, elevators, moving walkways, and pathways transport tourists between parking structures, hotels, City Walk, and theme parks at Universal Orlando Resort.
