FAQs

CRM Roll Off Division, Inc.

  • How do I place an order for a dumpster rental?

Please contact us via phone or email with details about your required container size, the type of debris you'll be disposing of, your preferred delivery date, and the location for placement. We can provide you with a cost estimate during our phone conversation. Customers can also order online by agreeing to our terms and submitting the online request.
  • What size dumpsters and containers does CRM Roll Off offer?

    We provide three different dumpster and container sizes to meet your needs: 15 yards (dimensions: 8' x 15' x 4'), 20 yards (dimensions: 8' x 21' x 4'), and 30 yards (dimensions: 8' x 24' x 6').
  • How far in advance should I schedule a dumpster rental?

While we can frequently deliver dumpsters or containers throughout Orlando and Central Florida as soon as the next business day, we recommend scheduling your delivery 4-5 days ahead of time to ensure availability for your desired date, especially during periods of high demand.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email. Container size adjustments are straightforward to process. For cancellations or rescheduling, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that cancellations made after a container is already in transit may result in a dry run fee.
  • What should I do when my dumpster is full?

When your container reaches capacity, please contact us by phone or email to schedule a pickup. If you require an additional container, inform us and we can exchange your full container for an empty one.
  • How full can I load the dumpster?

All containers have a clearly indicated fill line that must be respected. If your container exceeds this line when pickup is scheduled, our team cannot remove it, and a fee of $75-$90 may be applied for the unsuccessful trip. This policy exists to comply with Department of Transportation regulations, as transporting overloaded containers can lead to substantial fines.
  • Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

While having someone on-site is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Our driver will use their professional judgment to place the container in a secure and accessible location. If no one is present during delivery, please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with relocating the container if necessary. For pickup, please ensure the container remains easily accessible on the scheduled date, as blocked access may incur additional charges.
  • Are there any restricted materials?

Hazardous and toxic materials are strictly prohibited in our containers. This prohibition includes but is not limited to medical waste, oils, lubricants, aerosols, paint, gasoline or diesel containers, tires, and batteries. These items must be properly disposed of at an authorized transfer or hazardous waste facility.
  • Will the dumpster damage my property?

We strongly advise placing a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood underneath the container to protect your surface. By designating a placement area, you confirm that it can support the weight of our equipment. The customer assumes liability for any damage to driveways, pavement, or the placement location. Our company is not responsible for damage to private surfaces or subsurface areas related to container delivery or service.
  • What areas are dumpster rentals available in?

Our dumpster rental services are available throughout Orlando, including Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties in Central Florida.
